Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgchicken nibblets
  2. 2carrots cut in pieces
  3. 1 stalkcelery
  4. Chinese cabbage
  5. 5Garlic cloves
  6. 1/2 cupsuki sauce
  7. 1 tspwhite pepper
  8. 1 tbspsalt
  9. 1 packetudon noddles

Cooking Instructions

    Boil chicken nibblets with carrot, salt, celery, garlic and pepper for 1 hour (you can use ready made chicken stock)

    Turn off the heat. Set aside, Let it cool.

  3. 3

    Shred the chicken nibblets. Set aside.

  4. 4

    In a smaller pot, add udon noodles, 3 tbsp shredded chicken, chinese cabbage, carrots and soup and boil until noodle is cooked. Add in suki sauce and enjoy!
