Mince the garlic and cut the mushrooms

Put olive oil on heat and cook the garlic and mushroom

After the mushrooms are half-cooked, put in the ground beef

Put the udon in. Cook until it softened.

Give seasoning (oyster sauce, salt & pepper). Feel free to use more pepper to give an aroma

Cook until all of them are mixed up. Enjoy!

Normally I'd add sliced mushrooms to this, but I was accommodating a picky eater so left them out. If you want mushrooms, add at the same time as the steak.
