Ingredients

  2. 1 tbsp.Butter
  3. 200 gmspaneer
  4. 1big onion
  5. 2small onion
  6. 1tomato
  7. 2tomato puree
  8. 1 tbspginger chilli garlic paste
  9. 1/2 cupcurd
  10. 1/4 cupcream
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1 tsp.Red chilli powder
  13. 1/2 tsp.Punjabi garam masala
  14. 1 tbsp.Kasuri methi
  15. 1 tbsp.Coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Chop paneer in a rectangle shape. Boil water add salt and turmeric powder and add paneer pieces. Turn off flame.

    For gravy:-Roast kasuri methi in a pan and take in a plate. In same pan heat ghee saute small onion shells a take in a plate. finely chopped onion ginger chilli garlic paste a salt. Saute till it brown in colour add finely chopped tomatoes. Saute till soft. Now add tomato puree red chilli powder punjabi garam masala coriander cumin powder n salt stir well n cover cook for 5min. Now add cream n curd mix well n add paneer pieces n onion shells. Add turmeric water n adjust consistancy. Not so dry.

    Crush roasted kasuri methi in a palm and add.Lastly add butter and coriander.Cover cook for 2-3min. On slow flame and serve hot. Garnish with onion coriander and tomato. Tasty tasty Paneer doo pyazaa is ready to serve. Serve with Naan Paratha.
