Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4 cupflour
  2. Pinchsalt
  3. 1egg
  4. 1/3 cupsugar
  5. 1 sachetyeast (7grm)
  6. 3 Tbspnsoften butter
  7. Melted butter for brushing
  8. Oil frying

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl,add egg and hot water

    Mix the dough and transfer unto a working surface, knead and add some soften butter and knead again untill your hand comes out clean,beat the dough for about 10mins

    Transfer the dough into a grease bowl,leave to set until it double it size,cut the dough into 8 equal pieces,take each piece and mould into a ball shape,then arrange on a parchment paper

    Grease with melted butter, allow it to rise for about 1 hour,fry on low heat,

    Using a pipping bag fitted with nozzle filled the doughnuts with strawberry jam, ENJOY
