Easy Mascarpone Spritz Cookies Easy Mascarpone Spritz Cookies
Since the best by date on my mascarpone was drawing near, I made these cookies without much thought. I love the flavor and sourness of the mascarpone cheese.I halved the original amount of butter and substituted it with olive oil to make the cookies lighter. Of course, you can use butter or olive oil entirely. These cookies are so easy to make since it's all about mixing.Step 4: Mix well to make the dough creamy.Step 5: Use a spatula to even out the dough and to make it less floury.Once the cookies are done, let them cool down thoroughly. Ultimate brown butter chocolate chip cookies Ultimate brown butter chocolate chip cookies
After watching this recipe from Tasty.com, I couldn’t resist making it. They tried many kinds of flour such as bread flour, cake flour, all purposes flour. All kinds of sugar: from white to light & brown sugar. All kinds of fat: softened butter, melted butter & coconut oil. This recipe is so perfect with gooey inside, crunchy outside texture. Specially made from noisette butter (brown butter) . I’m familiar with this butter when making Financiers so it is worth a try. So tasty!#mycookbook Lavender -
Walnut and Maple Butter Cookies Walnut and Maple Butter Cookies
A while ago I received some delicious maple syrup and made cookies with it. This is another version of that recipe. If you spend too long squeezing the dough out, the butter might separate from it, so work quickly. The recipe uses maple syrup, so I don't use too much sugar. Butter and Egg-free Chocolate Nut Cookies Butter and Egg-free Chocolate Nut Cookies
I wanted to make cookies but I had no butter! So I tried making them with vegetable oil and they turned out alright. The dough contains almonds, so if it crumbles when you cut it, gently push it back into shape. The dough is easy to cut, so you don't have to leave it to chill for so long. For 36 cookies. Recipe by nyonta cookpad.japan -

My Own Personal Salted Cookies My Own Personal Salted Cookies
If I eat any more, then I will no longer be as to fit into the suit I wear for graduations and opening ceremonies. I want to make and eat them so much, it makes me want to scream...I made delicious salt cookies that are just barely healthy. These are also satisfying, so even just a little should be enough.*This is an important healthy recipe to me no matter what.*1 tablespoon of butter or margarine has the same amount of calories. I thought vegetable oil has fewer calories, but oil actually has more. Recipe by +pocopoco+ cookpad.japan -
Oil-free☆Crispy☆Cookies Oil-free☆Crispy☆Cookies
I was trying to come up with a cookie recipe that doesn't require oil. Then I created this recipe by referring to a baby biscuit recipe. I'm still experimenting, but I made these crispy and delicious cookies. When you are rolling out the dough, if you wrap it up with plastic wrap, it'll make the job easier. If you use egg yolk mixed with a little bit of water for the glaze, your cookies will be yellow and shiny; if you use milk, they'll end up with a simple look. Recipe by Akito mama cookpad.japan -
Soft Snowball Cookies Soft Snowball Cookies
I wanted to eat tasty cookies, so I made the recipe I used to make for my kids. I thought they needed a little something else, so I added different ingredients and came up with this.I made this with twice the amount of ingredients so the photos would be clearer. For the egg, just one yolk is OK.Any kind of butter or margarine is fine.If the dough in Step 4 is too soft, add a little more pancake mix. Make sure you don't over-bake! Recipe by ko-ko cookpad.japan -
Buckwheat Flour Cookies Buckwheat Flour Cookies
I like buckwheat flour, so I tried making some cookies with it.It's fun if you use shaped cookie cutters to cut out the dough. I wanted my cookies to have a crunchy texture, so I used coarsely ground buckwheat flour, but finely ground flour is fine. If you don't have any spelt flour, use (whole wheat) bread flour. You can also use vegetable oil instead of the sesame and canola oil. Recipe by Ruruko cookpad.japan -
