  3. timatar 1 adad
  4. 1 Tbspadrak lehsan paste
  5. 10-12karri pata
  6. 6-7green chilli
  7. 2 Tbspqasoori methi
  8. 2 Tbsplal mirch
  9. 1 Tsphaldi
  10. 1 Tbspgaram masala powder
  11. 1 Tsprai dana
  12. 1 Tbspzeera
  13. 1-1/2 Tbspnamak
  14. ghee as required

Cooking Instructions

    Ghee mein piyaz light golden brown krlen.

  2. 2

    Sth he adrak lehsan ka paste add karein.

  3. 3

    Zeera aur rai dana daalen.

  4. 4

    Pani shamil karein aur tamam masaley add karein.

  5. 5

    Masala bhoon lein.

  6. 6

    Masala ghee chorr dey to aloo shamil karein.

  7. 7

    Sth he timatar aur karri pata daal kar slow flame par rakh dein.

  8. 8

    15 mint bs check karein.

  9. 9

    Aloo masala ready hai garam masala hari mirchon ko daal kar serve karein.
