  1. 1/2 cupYellow split moong dal
  2. 1big onion
  3. 3-4Green chilli
  4. 1 inchginger
  5. 4-5garlic cloves
  6. 1/4 cuppeas
  7. 2carrot
  8. as required Green Coriander(optional)
  9. As per taste Salt
  10. pinchTurmeric
  11. Pinchred chilli
  12. 1/2 tbspMustard seeds
  13. as required Oil for greasing

Cooking Instructions

    Soak moong dal for 3 to 4 hour's after that grind it in mixi with green chilli,Ginger,garlic as per your taste.

    After that add salt,haldi powder,red chilli(if required) finely chopped onion,grated carrot,boiled peas,green Coriander and stir nicely.

    Now make paddu or appe in paddu stand....in pan add little oil..than Mustard seeds in each block and start making puddu...serve with chutney....Appe is ready to eat😋
