Ingredients

  1. 1 cupflour
  2. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  3. 1 Table spoonwhite vinegar
  4. 1 Table spoontumeric powder
  5. 1 teaspooncondensed milk flavor (Optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Add flour,baking soda and vinegar and mix into a batter

    Not a fan food colour, wanted to mix it plain but hey! I decided to add Tumeric and I ended up with a Shiraz colour 🤗

    Add Tumeric and mix well, allow rest for 15 min

  4. 4

    Got no piping bag so I got my plastic bag, I washed it very well and hey I have a piping bag💃🏻.cut a little hole at the tip and deepfry in hot oil on moderate heat

  5. 5

    Fry till crispy and strain

  6. 6

    Let it swim in some lime syrup or syrup of your choice.
