Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 5 cupsflour
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1 cupwarm milk
  4. 1/2 cupwarm water
  5. 4 tbspbutter
  6. 3/4 cupsugar
  7. 1 tbspninstant dry yeast
  8. 1/2tspn salt
  9. 1tspn flavour

Cooking Instructions

    In a clean bowl, mix in your flour, sugar, milk, yeast, egg, and flavour.

    Add in your water and mix till it forms a dough. Then add in butter, mix well and knead till it forms a smooth dough.

    Cover and allow it to rest for 30mins until it doubles in size.

    Flour a work table and knock down dough to remove trapped air, knead the dough again and again to have a smooth elastic dough.

    Cut into desired size shape like ball. Allow to rise again.

    Preheat oil(do not overheat the oil and the heat should be low). Place a finger into the center of the dough and make a ring or use a bottle cover to make the ring.

    Lastly deep fry and serve hot.

    Can dust sugar on it if desired and can as well glaze it with chocolate sauce or condensed milk just like mine...
