Ingredients

  1. Flour 1,1/2 cups
  2. 1/3 cupSugar
  3. 1/8 cupMilk
  4. 1 tbsButter
  5. 1egg
  6. 1 tspyeast
  7. 1/2 cupwarm water
  8. Flavor
  9. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    To proof the yeast,add the yeast into the warm water for 10 minutes until it forms bubble,to know if your yeast is active

  2. 2

    In a bowl,add flour,sugar,milk and mix,after the yeast has proofed,add it to the flour,add the egg and flavor and mix into a dough,add butter and mix for 15 minutes

    Scoop the dough and form round balls and place on a floured tray to avoid sticking,cover and let rise for 40 minutes,after 40 minutes it will double in size

    Use a round small object to make a ring at the centre of the balls

  5. 5

    Heat the oil on fire and fry on low heat,until lightly brown to allow the inner dough to cook

    Drain excess oil,and there you go!

    I glazed with icing sugar
