In a mug mix powder biscuit, oil, milk and baking powder. Check mixture and ensure its thick if it's not add a little water. Then add chocolate chips

Put the mixture in microwave and set for 2 minutes.. when two minutes is up insert a tooth pick it it comes out clean you mug cake is ready.. if it doesn't put back in microwave and add time
