Saw this recipe idea from a YouTube channel called "wow emi ruchulu". Was very excited to try at home. Customized it and used leftover chapatis. Turned out super awesome.

Ingredients

  1. 6Leftover chapatis
  2. 1big potato - boiled, peeled & mashed well
  3. 2medium potatoes - boiled, peeled & mashed well
  4. 3small potatoes - boiled, peeled & mashed well
  5. As neededCheese of choice; grated
  6. 1medium onion diced
  7. 1 tspred pepper flakes (as needed; optional)
  8. To tasteSalt
  9. As neededTabasco Smoked Paprika sauce (optional)
  10. 5 gmsCrushed red pepper or as per preference

Cooking Instructions

    To the mashed potato; mix in salt, onion and crushed pepper and Tabasco sauce. Let sit for 2 minutes.

    Meanwhile, gather the rest of the ingredients. Now, open a leftover chapati and add cheese on to it. Then spoon in the masala prepared in Step 1. Fold the chapati in half thereby closing it to form the shape of a taco.

    Repeat with remaining chapatis. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
