Ingredients

3-4 days
5-6 person
  1. 4cucumbers
  2. 1 cupwhite vinegar
  3. 1 cupwater
  4. 1 tbspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and dry cucumbers

  2. 2

    Cut them into slices

  3. 3

    Put them in a sterilized glass bottle

  4. 4

    Add vinegar and salt into Glass jar and cover with lid

  5. 5

    After 3--4 days pickle will be ready to use. Cucumber will change their color after some time. Can be use in salads, sandwich, shawarma or chicken or rice etc
