Ingredients

  1. 2 cupschili flakes
  2. 2large sized onion
  3. 2 piecesginger(blended)
  4. Garlic(optional)
  5. 10 cubesseasoning
  6. cloveSmall amount
  7. 4iced fish
  8. Enough oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Using mortar and pestle beat your cloves and ginger together until soft or use your grinder and grind it to smaller particles

  2. 2

    Add in your chili flakes and continue beating (the chili flakes should not be too soft)

  3. 3

    Add your sliced onion inside and continue beating until it softens, add fried iced fish and beat it but not too far

  4. 4

    Until it look like this

    Heat oil in a pot

  6. 6

    Add the mixture when hot

  7. 7

    Add seasoning

  8. 8

    Stir fry for 15-20 minutes

  9. 9

    Or until it looks brown in colour

    And tanaaaaa here it is

    I served it with rice and beans and its very delicious and simple

  12. 12

    Note: the idea for putting much oil is so that it will not burn when frying and you will be able to keep it for at least 1 week before it get spoiled
