  1. Garin tuwo
  2. Vegetables (yakuwa+allaiyahu)
  3. Seasonings
  4. Attarugu+albasa
  5. Tomato paste
  6. Ground nut

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly u prepare ur tuwon wit garin masara n boiled water.wen d water boils,u make ur paste wit cools water normally,n add up.

    Stir for 3/4 mint leaves it to cook well n covered.After dat wen make it thick with ur stick.reduces d heat to lower n leaves to cook well.

    Secondly, u cuts ur vegetables,grind d onions n pepper,makes ur palm oil heat n fry up d onions

    Add ur seasonings, spices n stir.put d granded nut fry,later put ur vegetables n fry for some mint add not much water to level d soup
