This is one of my favorite snacks..
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, add in 4cups of flour, baking powder, sugar and pinch of salt.

Add in your butter, and mix, add in your whisk egg, work and knead the dough till thick and non sticky.

Wrap in cling film and leave in frige for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

For the filling.... Diced the onion, potatoes and carrot.

Heat of oil, then add the diced onion.

Add the grounded beef, add the carrots and potatoes, add in a cup of water then seasoning, cover and let to cook..

Add in 2 tablespoon of flour and stir, then switch off heat and allow to simmer....

Bring the dough and cut into smaller pieaces and roll... Use a lid or cutter to cut out circles.

Scoop 1-2 tablespoon of the filling into it, then rub water at the edges and seal, then press it down with fork..

Repeat same, place them on the baking tray after rubbing it with butter....

Rub whisked egg on top of it and Pierce each pie with a fork....

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes..
