In a clean bowl add in a butter using whisker or hand mixer cream the butter till slightly cream.

Add in powder milk flip using spoon, follow with icing sugar little by little till well Incorporated.

Few Drop food color of your choice. Flipped and refrigerated for 5 minutes then decorate your cake.

You can decorate your cup cake
