Ingredients

half n hour
  1. 1 cuppoha thick or thin
  2. 2boiled and mashed potato
  3. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  4. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1/4 tspmango (aamchur powder)
  6. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  7. 1/2 tspginger garlic paste
  8. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  9. 1 tbspcornflour
  10. as neededoil
  11. 1/2 tspsalt
  12. 2 tspcoariander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    First wash poha. Do not soak.

  2. 2

    Drain for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Take a bowl & transfer poha into it.

  4. 4

    Add boiled potatoes into it.

  5. 5

    Add all ingredients one by one

  6. 6

    Add cornflour and mix it well. Make a dough.

  7. 7

    Now make ball sized cutlet. Fry cutlets deep or shallow.

  8. 8

    Serve hot with Tomato sauce
