Cooking Instructions
- 1
Add all ingredients in a blender and mix for 2 minutes. Then allow to rest for 30 minutes.
- 2
In a non stick pan, rub some butter and put your mixture. Tilt the pan to make the batter evenly spread on the pan. We don’t want the crepes to be too thick.
- 3
Flip to the other side after 2 mins. Then do same for the rest.
- 4
Fold your crepes into two. Then fold it again. That’s folding it into four. Arrange on a tray and drizzle some chocolate syrup. Enjoy😋

Crepe Crepe
Follow me in Youtube: Albee Charis PonioCrepes are like pancakes but much thinner and lighter in texture. You can get creative with crepes. You can serve it sweet or savory. But I prefer my crepe filling sweet especially with fresh fruits. When we traveled to Japan, we went to Harajuku and it was crepe heaven! There crepes are not just pretty but they were delicious! Believe it or not, I finished 3 crepes. Strawberry, banana and creme brulee. It was so good. Here in Cebu, everytime we go to SM, we usually stop by crazy crepes. Thats how i love these simple but delicious dessert. Albee Charis Ponio -
Savory Mushroom Crepes Savory Mushroom Crepes
Crepes are the perfect vehicle for exploration. I've been experimenting with sweet and savory but my favorite, by far, has been this savory crepe with fresh, farmers market oyster mushrooms, melted mozzarella, and a beer sauce. This makes about 10 crepes and enough mushroom filling for two crepes but can be easily multiplied. lisazirb -
Quick Thin Pancakes/Crepes Quick Thin Pancakes/Crepes
This recipe was given to me by my grandmother, really good, light and tasty dish. Quick to make and can be either savory to serve on brunch or lunch or sweet, to be served on breakfast, brunch or just as a sweet snack in the afternoon. The recipe really renders a lot of crepes so make sure to measure accordingly, and depending on the pan/ scale of ingredients the number of crepes can vary. Enjoy :) Thayla Saleh -
