Ingredients

  1. 250 gmspinach chopped
  2. 1 cupchana daal(soaked)
  3. 1/4 cupmoong daal (soaked 10 minutes)
  4. 1 spoonDhaniya powder
  5. 1/2 spoonturmeric powder
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  8. 1onion chopped
  9. 2-3tomato (chopped)
  10. 1green chilli
  11. 1/2 spoonred chilli
  12. 1/2 spoongaram masala
  13. 3 spoonoil
  14. 3-4garlic chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the daal for few hours.

    Now to cooker add oil and then put all the veggies and dry masala.

    Cool well and then add daal and then after few mins add Palak. And mix well.

    Add dry ingredients and then stir till the oil comes from the side.

    Close the lid of cooker and allow it for 3-4 whistles.

    Put on simmer flame for 5 mins and then turn off the gas.

    Mesh it as per your required choice.

    Now in a pan heat oil and put chopped garlic and red chilli.

    Give the tadka to the Palak and it is ready to serve with rice or roti.
