Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 2 teaspoonsyeast
  4. 1 cupmilk
  5. 6 tablespoonbutter
  6. 1 teaspoonsalt
  7. 1eagg
  8. I tablespoon of oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add 1 tablespoon of sugar,2 teaspoons of yeast and 1 cup of warm milk

    Allow the mixture to bloom for 10 minutes

  3. 3

    In another bowl add 3 cups of flour,1 cup of sugar and i teaspoon of salt.mix

  4. 4

    Into the liquid mixture melt 6 tablespoon of butter and add it with 1 egg.mix

  5. 5

    Add the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until it forms a dough

  6. 6

    If required add a little bit of water if its too.dense or a bit of flour if its too runny

  7. 7

    Let it rest uncovered for 20 minutes.

    After 20 minutes brush the dough with 1 tablespoon of butter and knead for 2 minutes

  9. 9

    Place in an oiled bowl and cover for 1 hour

  10. 10

    Divide the dough into small pieces and roll into small balls

  11. 11

    Place the balls into a baking pan and cover for 30 minutes

  12. 12

    Brush some oil on the balls and bake until its cooked or the top turns brown
