Ingredients

  1. I can baked beans
  2. I medium onion chopped
  3. 1 tspgrated garlic and ginger
  4. 1 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1 tspgaram masala
  6. to tasteSalt and seasoning
  7. Water as required
  8. 1 dashchilli sauce
  9. 1/2 tspchilli powder
  10. 3 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    In a sauce pan add in the oil,then add the onion saute for some seconds then add in the ginger and garlic and fry for a few minutes.

    Then add in the turmeric,garam masala,and seasoning then stir.Add in the baked beans and chilli sauce stir and allow to simmer.

    Add little water (about 3tbsps) adjust the seasoning if required cover and allow to simmer for 2 to 3 minutes under low heat.serve with fried potatoes,yam or anything of choice.
