I wanted to make something quick and easy for breakfast. I used tuna spread on this, very tasty! My daughter ate one with cheese. This recipe yields 12 fried bread. You can always make it smaller or bigger.

Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  1. 600 mlall purpose flour
  2. 1/2 tspsalt
  3. 1/4 tsponion powder
  4. 1 tspsugar
  5. 1 tbspbaking powder
  6. 1 tspItalian seasoning
  7. 200 mlwarm water
  8. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

Combine all dry ingredients and mix well.

  2. 2

Pour warm water bit by bit and mix with a spatula or spoon.

  3. 3

Knead. If the dough is too dry, add water. If it's too wet, add flour.

  4. 4

Cover and wait for 10 minutes. Divide into 12 parts.

  5. 5

Spread about 1 tablespoon of flour on your working space. Flatten the dough and roll into roundish shape.

  6. 6

Heat oil in a pan. I use medium heat. Fry flattened dough. It takes less than one minute for each side to brown, so flip after one side has become brown.
