Cooking Instructions

Parboil the rice and set aside

In a pan add 2 tbsp oil, ginger and garlic paste, chopped Onion and fry for 2 mins

Add diced veggies, spices, seasoning and fry for 2mins
- 4
Add the rice gradually. While adding the rice make sure u stair it well to ensure that all ingredients are well mixed with the rice

Simmer for 5min and serve hot
