Ingredients

  1. 100 gmchopped carrot
  2. 100 gmchopped potato
  3. 100 gmchopped paneer
  4. 100 gmchopped cauliflower
  5. 2chopped capsicum
  6. 100 gmgreen peas
  7. 2 tspoil
  8. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  9. 1 tspfinely chopped onion
  10. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  11. 6 tsptomato paste
  12. 1 tspcumin powder
  13. 1 tspgaram masala
  14. I tsp turmeric powder
  15. 1 tspchana masala
  16. 4 tspwater
  17. Red chili powder as per taste
  18. Salt as per taste
  19. Chopped coriander leaves (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly wash all the vegetable properly

    Heat oil in a large pan or kadhai over medium heat

  3. 3

    Add mustard seeds,when mustard starts to pop up, add finely chopped onion,fry until lightly brown, then add ginger garlic paste, tomato paste, turmeric powder,garam masala, cumin powder, chana masala,chili powder and salt. Stir them for a minute

    Add all the chopped vegetables and water. Cover the lid and keep the heat at a minimum. Cook for 30 minutes and stir occasionally

    After 30 minutes check if vegetables are cooked.Sprinkle some chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve mix vegetable sabzi with fresh paratha or Roti
