Ingredients

  • 1 bowl potato,carrot,brinjal, Shimla mirch (capsicum)
  • 2onion,tomato
  • 1green chilli
  • 1 tsp eachturmeric, red chilli, salt
  • as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a fry pan and add hot oil,add chopped onion, tomatoes and mix it

  2. 2

    Add all spices and mix well

  3. 3

    Now add chopped mix veg and cover them

  4. 4

    After 20 min veg is ready
