Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 2 tablespoonyeast
  3. 1/4 cupsugar
  4. 1egg
  5. 1/4 cupbutter
  6. 1/2 cupwarm water
  7. Oil (for frying)
  8. Pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add flour, sugar and yeast mix and keep aside. In a bowl add egg and warm milk mix well and keep

    Add butter into dry ingredients and mix, then pour in warm milk and egg mixture into dry ingredients to make a dough add tablespoon of water (if needed)

    Knead dough for 15_30 minute then keep to rest for 10_20 minutes

  4. 4

    After 10_20 minutes roll and cut into shapes. keep in a tray to rise for 30 minutes

  5. 5

    Then fry in medium heat until golden brown
