Coated fried potatoes with veggie egg sauce

Ingredients

  1. Potatoes
  2. Veg oil
  3. Salt
  4. For the sauce
  5. Scotch bonnets
  6. Green pepper
  7. Onion
  8. Green beans
  9. Cabbage
  10. Seasonings
  11. 1lil veg oil
  12. Eggs

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel wash and cut potatoes vertically into two or threes, depending on its size,add salt and stir,meanwhile heat some veg oil in a pan and add the sliced potatoes fry to almost done then drain.

    Break egg,add cube seasoning and sliced onions, then add a small amount of corn flour and stir.

    Put the fried potatoes one by one to the egg and deep fry again.

    For the sauce wash veggies and slice,then boil them and drain then set aside.

    In a saucepan add veg oil,and heat, add the veggie and grated scotch bonnets,seasoning garlic,and sliced onions.break the eggs and cover the pan without stirring give it 30 to 60 secs,then stir and off the heat.
