Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmoong dal yellow
  2. 1onion finely chopped
  3. 1boiled potato
  4. 1capcicum finely chopped
  5. 1green chilli
  6. 1 inchginger pieces finely chopped
  7. Some fresh coriander
  8. to tasteSalt according
  9. 1/2 tbsred chilli powder
  10. 1 tbspchat masala powder
  11. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  12. Oil for frying as per need

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak moong dal about 1 hours and make smooth paste into grinder

  2. 2

    In a bowl take onion chopped,boiled potato grated,capcicum chopped,green chilli,ginger chopped and spices mix properly

  3. 3

    Add moong dal paste mix well.place kadai on flame add oil when properly hot add small portion of mixture like fritters make all like it. Do not make more quantities in a batch.

    Fry till golden brown and remove on a plate and serve with green coriander chutney or ketchup.Enjoy with tea or coffee.
