In a bowl add moong Dal soaked 1 hour and drained the water and make a paste with mixy grainder.

In a mixy jar add ginger, garlic, green chillies and fennel seeds grind few minutes and kept a side.

In a bowl add onion, ajwain, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, baking soda, curry leaves and salt mix well. And then add moong Dal paste mix well.

In a pan add groundnut oil is headed take a small portion one by one and put the oil fry till golden colour in medium flame.
