Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 big sizedonions
  2. 1 cupmoong dal Flour
  3. As RequiredOil for deep frying
  4. As Per TasteSalt
  5. 1 tspgarlic paste
  6. 1 tspwhite sesame seeds
  7. 1 tspcarom seeds
  8. 2-3green chillies
  9. 1 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  10. 1/4 tspcooking soda

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut onion lengthwise and make slices

  2. 2

    Transfer in a mixing bowl

  3. 3

    Add moong dal flour

  4. 4

    Add all the ingredients

  5. 5

    Now add water gradually and make medium consistency batter

  6. 6

    Now fry pakore in batches 5-6 pakore at a time

  7. 7

    Deep fry on low to medium flame

  8. 8

    Fry till golden brown and crispy

  9. 9

    Serve hot, delicious, crispy pakore with tomato ketchup or green mint chutney
