Ingredients

  1. 2 bunchgreen onions
  2. 2potatoes
  3. 2 tspoil
  4. 1 tspfinely chopped onion
  5. 1finely chopped green chili
  6. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  7. 4 tsptomato paste
  8. 1 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1 tspcumin powder
  10. 1 tspcoriander powder
  11. 1 tspdry mango powder
  12. 1 tspchili powder
  13. Salt
  14. 2 tspwater

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the green onion into small pieces and cut the potatoes. Wash them properly.

    Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add chopped onion,ginger garlic paste, tomato paste, turmeric, chili, cumin powder,corriander, powder, mango powder and salt.Stir,mix all togerther.cook about 2 minutes

    Add chopped green onion and potatoes, mix all together add water, and cover the pan with a lid. Set gas on the low flame. Cook about 25-30 minutes, until potato and onion are cooks.

    Stir and check from time to time to avoid burn. If water is burned then add 2 tsp water again

  5. 5

    Check if it is not properly cooked, add water again and cook for about 5 minutes

  6. 6

    Serve with chapati and Raita
