Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlrice
  2. 1/2 cuppeas
  3. 1/2 cupcauliflower
  4. 2 bowlwater
  5. 1bay leaf
  6. 1black Cardamom
  7. 4-5black pepper
  8. 1 inchcinnemon stick
  9. 1/2 tspjeera/cumin seeds
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1green chilli
  12. 1onion cut into slices
  13. 1potato cut into dice
  14. to tasteRed chilli powder
  15. 2 tbsp refined oil

Cooking Instructions

20 to 25 min

    Rice and all vegies wash

    Onion potato peas and coliflower

  3. 3

    Take presser cooker on flame add oil and all spices and add onion cook for 2mint

  4. 4

    When onion is soft and changed color in light golden

  5. 5

    Then add veggies cook 2mint and add rice and water

  6. 6

    Cook for 1whisle and turb off the flame and all steam release from presser cooker and surve with coriander leaves
