Steps

Grind coarsely onion,garlic,ginger and tomatoes,star anise,cardimom and cinnamon.

Add warm water to the nugets.and drain the water after 5 mnts.

Now add olive oil to a wok and add bay leaves and jeera.After cumin crackles add the grinded paste.

After this add turmericpowder,red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt.Fry this masala properly until golden brown.add garam masala.Again saute it.

After the masala is done till golden brown add washed rice and soya nuggets.Saute for 5 mnts.

After 5 mnts add double the quantity of water and lemon juice.Cook this pulaao until done.

Now add chopped coriander.And its ready to enjoy.
