Ingredients

  1. Acha
  2. Sorrell
  3. Biscuits bones
  4. Dry fish
  5. headCow
  6. Pepper
  7. Onions
  8. Oil
  9. cubesSeasoning
  10. Ginger and garlic
  11. Spring onions
  12. Tomatoes
  13. Locust beans
  14. Pumpkin

Cooking Instructions

    Cook all your meats and fish till tender and set aside.

    Peel and wash your pumpkin then cook till soft and also set aside

  3. 3

    Cook your biscuit bones till soft too

  4. 4

    Put your pot on fry add little oil when hot add in your diced onions and fry for few seconds then add in your ginger and garlic paste fry for a while then add in your pounded pepper and allow to fry for a while too then add in your diced tomatoes fry for it for few minutes.

    Add your cooked meat, fish, biscuit bones and your pumpkin, add water allow to boil for some times then add in your seasoning cubes cover it and allow to cook for few minutes.

    Wash your acha and pour it inside cover and allow to cook till done then wash your sorrell and spring onions cut then and pour it inside cover and turn off the heat allow to simmer for few minutes and it's done.
