The recipe is very easy and i like to eat it especially when i don't feel like taken something heavy

Ingredients

  1. 4medium size potatoes
  2. 1small size onion chopped
  3. carrots diced
  4. green peas
  5. green beans
  6. pepper
  7. veg oil
  8. curry
  9. meat/chicken stock
  10. seasoning
  11. beans (shell removed)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place a clean pot on medium heat add oil & onion fry for some seconds

  2. 2

    Pour in the blended pepper and tomatoe paste let it simmer

  3. 3

    Add seasonings, curry and pinch of salt (optional)

  4. 4

    Add the stock let it boil

  5. 5

    Add in the beans let it cook until soft

  6. 6

    Add the diced potatoe,green bean,peas and carrot

  7. 7

    Let it cook

  8. 8

    When it's done you can place a fry fish & and enjoy

many listen to music when depressed . When in such situation i go to my kitchen. Cooking is the only thing that can never get me exhausted and makes me forget my worries
