Ingredients

  1. 2indomie
  2. 1 cupwater
  3. 2scotch bonnet
  4. 1onion sliced
  5. 1/2 tbspnoil

Cooking Instructions

    Grate scotch bonnet and add to the water. Slice some piece of onion. Add the oil.

    Cover the mixture and leave until the water boils.

  3. 3

    After boiling, then add your indomie. Allow to boil for 2mins and then add the spice and allow to boil for a minute.

    In a pan, add a little amount of oil and allow to heat. In a bowl, add 2 eggs, slice onion, pinch of salt and Maggie. Stir and then fry.

    Thats all you are done.
