Ingredients

  • 1 cupall purpose flour
  • 1 tspcarom seeds
  • 1/3 cupsemolina
  • 2 tbspcurd
  • 4 tbspoil
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspblack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients well and make a hard dough.

  2. 2

    Make oil hot to fry and rest the dough for 15 minutes

  3. 3

    Start flattening the dough and use any round or shaped utensils to cut the shape of small mathri.

  4. 4

    Use fork to pinch it all over and fry at high flame until looks golden not brown.

  5. 5

    Enjoy crispy so crunchy mathri as snack.preservable for one week to 10 days
