Cooking Instructions

Melt your butter. Transfer it to a bowl. Add the milk, it should be lukewarm. Add the sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves.

Add egg, yeast and stir. Let it rest for 5 mins.

Add the flour and mix it together.

Let it rise until it doubles its size. Then remove the excess air and cover it to rise again.

Remove from the bowl and devide the dough into pieces.

Mould the pieces into fine round shape. Cover and allow it to rise again.

Then, heat up your oil and fry in low heat.

Coat the donuts with sugar or icing sugar. Serve.
