Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350degree F (180degree C) and line about 4 cupcake pans with cupcakes liners and set aside

In a medium bowl sift flour and baking powder together and whisk to fully combine (set aside)

Cream butter and sugar on meduim high speed till mixture becomes light and fluffy, add in eggs one at a time and mix properly.

Add in vanilla extract and mix properly

Simply, alternate flour mixture and milk into the mixture in threes, starting and ending with the flour mixture

Finally, fetch a spoonful of the batter and place into the cupcakes liners,

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes or until when toothpick inserted into the cake comes out Clean

There u go, u can also use my American Buttercream to frost on the cake 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

This recipe is fairly similar to my chocolate cupcake recipe except that I made some modifications. The buttercream is easy but still hard. You need to follow the directions for everything or it won’t work. I’ve tried this recipe twice and once it didn’t work because it was too clumpy. You need to make sure you follow the recipe.What I loved about the buttercream is that there was none left over! It was perfect!! Bmoorefood🧁 -
