Ingredients

  1. Flour
  2. Liquid potash
  3. Salt
  4. Chilli pepper (yajin borkono)
  5. Baobab powder
  6. Eggs
  7. Groundnuts oil
  8. cubesMaggi

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, add sifted flour, baobab powder, salt, liquid potash and a small amount of water, mix them together but not too watery.

    Heat up water. When it boils, drop the mixture into the boiled water using your finger tips or use spoon until it finishes.

    Allow it to cook for some minutes, then drain the hot water and add cool water. Heat up your oil, add onion to fry the oil. Boil your eggs.

    Remove the dumplings from the water and transfer it to a bowl or plate. Sprinkle some pepper, maggi cube, oil and add the boiled eggs. Serve.
