Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsdates
  2. 250 gmsalmonds
  3. 250 gmscashews
  4. 250 gmswalnuts
  5. 2-3 Tbspdesiccated coconut
  6. 3 tbsppistachio shredded
  7. 2 tbspmelon seeds
  8. 2 tbspchironji
  9. 2 tbspsesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan and heat it up.
    Dry roast all the dry fruits one by one.

    Dry roast sesame seeds till slightly brown & crispy. Also dry roast coconut powder.

    Take out all the roasted dry fruits and sesame seeds in a dry plate.

    Now deseed the dates and take them to a blender. Churn them adding 1/2 cup of water as they will stick on the sides.
    Make it like a fine paste.

    Now in the same pan out this dates paste and keep stirring to let the water dry.

    Keep stirring so that it doesn’t get burnt.

    Once you see a thick lump forming switch off the gas.

    Now add roasted stuff and mix with a spatula.
    Mix nicely so that everything gets well incorporated.

    By now the mixture will be cooled a bit to handle.

    Pinch small portions from the mass formed and make laddoos by rolling them on your palms.

    Make all in the same way.

    If you want can keep the sesame aside and roll laddoos in sesame.

    Enjoy the guilt free, no sugar/jaggery laddoos in this winter and increase your immunity.
