  1. For spring rolls
  2. 2rice wrappers
  3. For the spring rolls stuffing
  4. 1 tbspoil
  5. 2 tspfinely chopped ginger
  6. 1/2 cupsliced onions
  7. 1 cupthickly grated carrot
  8. 1 cupshredded cabbage
  9. 1/2 cupsliced capsicum
  10. 1 cupboiled hakka noodles
  11. as per tasteSalt
  12. 1 tsptomato sauce

    ꜰᴏʀ ᴛʜᴇ ꜱᴩʀɪɴɢ ʀᴏʟʟꜱ ꜱᴛᴜꜰꜰɪɴɢ: heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and ginger and saute on a high flame for 30 seconds

    Add the onions and saute on a high flame and add the capsicum and saute on a high flame for 1 mint

    Add the carrot, cabbage,noodles and cook on a high flame for 3 mint, while stirring occasionally

    Not off the flame add ketchup sauce and salt. Mix it well

    Now, take rice wrapper, and put the stuffing on it

  6. 6

    Roll over the wrapper till ¾th.fold over from both sides one by one towards the centre. Finally roll it and seal the edges

    Heat the oil in a deep pan, and put the spring on it, till thay turn golden brown in colour from all the sides

    Drain on an absorbenr papet and cut each spring roll diagonally into 4 equal pieces using a sharp knife

    And serve with red sauce
