Rinse the agwaluma properly and use a sharp knife to peel the back completely.remove the flesh and discard the seeds.

Into a blender jar add the agwaluma,sugar,ginger and mint leaves and blend till smooth. Sieve and add some honey and stir. Pour into serving glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Enjoy!
