Cooking Instructions

Shred your well spiced cooked chicken breast

Add shredded chicken to a clean, dry pan

Pour in chicken stock and cook for 2 mins

Add lil corn starch slurry, to keep the chicken in place

Get your bread ready, cut into two halves

Grease pan with butter and place bread

Add- in a clean bowl, ketchup/mayo/mustard/black pepper and paprika

A lil vinegar

Give it a quick whisk

Ready to use

Line/spread both bread halves with the mayo/ketchup dip then place lettuce on top

Add sliced tomato and cucumber

Then sautéed onion

More mayo/ketchup dip

Now the shredded chicken, place the 2nd half of the bread to cover. Repeat for the rest

Serve with chilled iced tea or lemonade
