Ingredients

  1. 2 Cupsrice
  2. 1 cupurad dal
  3. 1 cupVegetables (available at home)
  4. 1/2 cuppoha
  5. 6garlic cloves
  6. 3 tspCurry leaves
  7. 3cocam
  8. 3 Green chillies
  9. to tastesalt and red chilli powder

    Soak us millet,rice in different bowl for 8 hours.

    Grind rice, urad dal, poha make a smooth batter.let it rest for 1 hour for fermentation.

    Heat the tawa and grease it with oil and pour a ladder of batter on it.stir it do the same process on other side.Let it cook for a 2 minutes.Dosa is ready to serve.

    Boil chana dal. Keep it aside.

    Heat the pan, add oil into it. Add curry leaves and dry spices into it as shown in the picture,saute it well then add all chopped vegetables and turmeric powder, coriander powder,salt,red chilli powder and salt into it.let it cook then add some water and cokam.

    Add the boil chana dal with the mixture.let it cook for 10 minutes.

    Garnish it with Chopped coriander.serve it with dosa.
