Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak rice for a while, drain and boil untill it half done then transfer into colander place pot on stove pour little oil and add the rice then add diced carrots and green beans and stir occasionally then add little amount of water and allow to cook again untill soft.

    On a pan pour the diced liver add little salt and allow to cook for a while then transfer to a bowl then add the grinded red peppers and add little amount of water add the liver onion,carrots, green beans and add the seasoning cubes and curry and allow to cook until sauce thick then lastly add the cabbage and allow it to cook for 2-3 minutes then turn off the stove and serve
