I made my usual cupcakes in a smaller, cuter size.
I used small paper cups for chocolate truffles.
If you are topping them with heavy cream, you could reduce the amount of sugar. Recipe by Eiyoushino recipe

I made my usual cupcakes in a smaller, cuter size.

Cooking Instructions

Bring the butter to room temperature and mix it together with the sugar in a bowl.

Add the beaten egg and mix. If adding vanilla extract, do so here and mix in.

Add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix. You can add the flour without sifting, just mix it into the bowl with a whisk.

Pour into small paper cups (80% of the way), and bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC. Check on them after 15 minutes and adjust the oven temperature accordingly.

They are done They are small and cute Enjoy with topping of your choice.
