Ingredients

10 servings
  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 1egg (+1 for washing)
  3. 1 tbspyeast
  4. 1 cupwarm water
  5. 4 tbspmelted butter
  6. 1tspn sugar
  7. Prepared beef kebab
  8. Thinly sliced cabbage and carrots
  9. Mayonnaise+ketchup
  10. Sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Dissolve yeast in warm water then add egg add sugar, melted butter and mix well. Add flour mix well and knead until a soft and dough is form. Cover and allow to rise for an hour or double in size.

    When risen deplete the air and divide it into 10 balls. Take your cone shape (I make mine with hard A4 paper and foil paper), roll one ball straight at a time with your hand and round it on the cone, do the same to the rest of the balls and allow to risen again, wash with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds. Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Let it cool then remove the cones and add kebab and cabbage/carrots.
