  1. Fresh cashews
  2. Pineapple chunks
  3. Fresh ginger
  4. Sugar
  5. Lemon juice (optional)

    Rinse cashew and cut into smaller sizes. Peel ginger and cut into sizeable bits. Pour water into blender,add the cashews, pineapple and ginger and blend until smooth. Sieve,add sugar and lemon juice to taste. Stir well and serve.
